Important Campers Information
Parents Please Read!
#1. REGISTRATION: Early Registration is first open to existing Lesson students through your instructor. Once Open Camp Registration begins on April 1st 2018, you can “Register Online“ and select the camp dates you desire.
#2. CONFIRMATION: You will then receive a confirmation “Hello Letter “ email from Painted Oaks to notify you that your selected camp date is available. If your selected date is not available you can go over the available dates with lisa by phone to find you the right fit, we will be offering a full 9 Weeks of Camp this year so we hope we can accommodate everyone. We are Closed for 4th of July Week Only.
After we review your “Online Registration” and confirm availability, You will then get a “Welcome to Camp” email confirmation email with the required Liability Forms attached pdf and FAQ letter to answer most of your general questions.
We also like to put children in like peer groups if at all possible Girls/Boys/Family/Friends/Teens/Pre-Teens ect
#3. PAYMENT: The “Welcome to Camp” email will also contain a special “Password “and Secure Hyperlink” to our online Pay Pal Payment system so you can pay by Credit or Debit Card.
No Pay Pal Account is Required to use this system
Full Payment is suggested or a Minimum $100 Deposit is due with Registration and
With the Balance due in Full 10 Days before Camp Start Date.
* Without payment you will loose your reservation. NO EXCEPTIONS!
#4. PAPERWORK: Your “Welcome to Camp” confirmation email will include an attachment (pdf) for you to download, print and sign prior to your arrival to Camp. (pdf) to Lisa at email@example.com In advance of Camp to save the lost time needed to go over forms and payments on the first day of camp. Your Camper children will be super excited and “Chomping at the Bit” To ride the ponies, and not want to wait while mom and dad go over forms.. on Day 1.
#5. LUNCH/WATER: We Provide Bottled water throughout the week for the Kids at no cost. You are required to provide your camper with a healthy lunch Monday thru Thursday. But on “Party Friday” last day of camp we provide Pizza (Cheese) and Capri Suns and Water, with Fruits and Veggies and cupcakes for dessert for all the Kids. We Of course will provide Bottled Water for your Kids for the whole week of camp. We also have a Refrigerator and Microwave for the Campers to use and a vending machine with Sprite, Propel, and Pepsi onsite $1 Bills Only.
#6. MUSIC LESSONS/PICTURES: We Offer Music Lessons on 2 days a week if you would like. We Offer Piano Lessons, Guitar Lessons Both Electric, Bass and Acoustic, Drum Lessons and Voice. This is A La Carte’ and is limited in size to only a few students per week, this will take place during the Arts and Crafts Time and not cut into their Riding times in the Morning.
We also have a Pro Photographer come in on Weds to take everyone’s pictures riding at no commitment to you. You can view the camp riding photos at your option with the photographer at camps end to purchase a picture from them if you like for a minimal fee.
#7. CANCELATION: Cancelation Policy: Payments and deposits are non-refundable within 10 days of camp date. If you do not make the required payments and/or deposits your reservation will be removed from our system, sorry.
#8. PICK-UP/DROP-OFF: Farm Gates will be locked until 9am. Only Staff and Volunteers allowed in before 9am. You are welcome to wait in the parking lot until 9am or goto the Econ State Park trails next Door to our property until we open.
Camp Runs until 5pm.
The Lake Pickett Construction can add travel time at rush hour, please plan accordingly for timely pickups,
*Late Pick ups will be charged $10 for every 15 minutes late, $30/ Half Hour.
All Parents and Guardians “WILL” be required to come into the ranch to pick up and “SIGN OUT” your Camper Kids (NO HONKING AT THE GATE TO COME TO CAR) – Please.
Only Pre- Approved People can Pick up your child unless prior arrangements are made in advance.

Pets: No pets allowed. we have plenty here already…
#8.5 Anti- Bulling Policy“: We have a zero tolerance policy concerning “Bad Behavior” foul language and Bulling of other Campers. This includes Cyber Bulling thru instagram, Facebook, ect.. ect.. We prefer NO ELECTRONIC DEVICES PERIOD! Cell Phones can be checked in with Ms. Lisa if you insist on having your child have one for emergencies or medical conditions.
Try a day without the cell phone it may be a wonderful new experience!
#9. Digital Detox Electronics: Kids are not allowed to bring any distracting electronics with them to camp such as cellphones, tablets, computers, gaming systems, etc. This is an outdoors camp and the phones always seem to be a problem, Funny ring tones can spook the horses, getting lost, broke, wet, stolen or used to cyber bully other campers *For emergencies see above Mrs Lisa will keep the phones until Pickup.
#10. Once your child’s camp date has been set and confirmed. A rescheduling fee of $50 will be charged to re schedule your camp to another available date
