 Important Party Information and Disclaimers

Scheduling: Your special event cannot begin any earlier than 10am and should conclude no later than 5pm due to the other events and lessons being held at Painted Oaks Academy. You Will be Charged $50 per half hour penalty for running over your allotted time slot.  You will be allowed to come in 30 Minutes prior to your scheduled party time to set up your decorations and get set up for your party. We will have our party planner and helpers to help you set up.   Balloons are allowed to decorate the mailbox  outside to help your guests find the party.  No Glitter, Silly String or Tinsel decorations allowed for the safety of the horses who eat the grass.    Also, No Adults will be allowed to ride the Ponies or get in the Kids Hay Wagon. Adults may be allowed to come on the  Hay Ride Tractor Bed with Little ones if space is available no problem max 2.

Deposit & Payments: A $100 non-refundable deposit is due with Registration and confirmation of Date 

All Pony Parties must be paid if full online with debit or credit cards or in cash  at least 10 days prior to your events date.

Cancellation Policy: Payments are non-refundable within 10 days of event date.

Weather Cancelations: Your event can be rescheduled in case of severe weather within 15- 30 days of the original event date for no additional charge (subject to availability). In the event we have last minute Florida showers we will be able to accommodate your guests and party people inside the Barn until the weather clears. inasmuch as Florida weather can be very unpredictable.

No pets allowed      No  Alcohol        No Outside Food or Vendors Allowed!
